Boot Camp Fitness

In a group setting, this boot camp offers a variety of strenuous exercises to garner better physical results such as an increase in aerobic and anaerobic fitness, tone muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination, increase bone density, rapid reduction of body weight, and more.
