Mindful Brain, Mindful Life 900 

Do you find that you get caught up in your head and are missing life as it is unfolding in front of you? Do you find yourself overthinking the past or the future? Mindfulness is a technique that helps us come back staying present and being more aware of what is happening in your thoughts and your environment. Practicing mindfulness can help you feel more calm and enjoy life more. This class will offer an overview of the concept of mindfulness as it applies to our thinking and our experience of the world. Student will be able to practice different mindfulness techniques to build their "mindfulness muscles."
