Culinary 101 2002 

Learn the various knife cuts (julienne, dice, etc.) and cooking techniques such as how to make a roux or debone a chicken from a certified personal chef.

Materials Fee: $50 at the first night of class. Please bring an apron, knife & containers to take food home.
